I’m Rachel a HSP coach for sensitive and highly sensitive women.

For years, I thought my sensitivity was something to hide.

As a child, I was emotional, easily overwhelmed, and always trying to “fit in.” I cried a lot, felt things deeply, and didn’t understand why I couldn’t just be like everyone else.


As I got older, that turned into anxiety, digestive issues, and disordered eating — and in my early twenties, I used antidepressants to numb the pain I didn’t know how to process.

Everything started to shift when I found yoga, mindfulness, and meditation — practices that helped me slow down, come back to myself, and finally understand my sensitivity as a gift instead of a flaw.

I help highly sensitive women who feel constantly overstimulated and mentally drained break free from emotional overload and anxiety — so they can feel calm, focused, and back in control of their day.


Unlike mindset-only coaches, I combine nervous system regulation, somatic tools, and yoga to create lasting internal safety — not just another coping strategy.

In 2020, I became a certified coach & mindfulness teacher, and since then I’ve trained as a Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator.

Now? I help highly sensitive women do the same.
